2. Hangi verileri işliyoruz?

• Hesap: Telefon numarası, doğrulama kodu süreci, profil bilgileri (ad, doğum tarihi, cinsiyet, biyografi, boy, fotoğraflar).
• Konum: Yerel akış ve harita keşfi için yaklaşık konum; tam adres paylaşılmaz, mesafe hesaplanır.
• Kullanım: Akış paylaşımları (metin, foto, durum), reaksiyonlar, mesajlar, Pollen gönderimi, tercihler, ilgi alanları.
• Abonelik: Mağaza makbuzu / işlem kimliği (Apple/Google); ödeme kartı bilgisi Pollen’de tutulmaz.
• Cihaz: Bildirim token’ı, uygulama sürümü, teknik loglar (hata ayıklama, güvenlik).

3. İşleme amaçları

• Yerel akışın sunulması (24 saatlik paylaşımlar) ve harita keşfi
• Mesajlaşma, reaksiyonlar ve profil görüntüleme
• Üyelik, boost ve Pollen satın almalarının yönetimi
• Güvenlik, dolandırıcılık önleme, şikayet yönetimi
• Yasal yükümlülükler ve meşru menfaat (hizmet iyileştirme)
• Açık rızanız halinde pazarlama bildirimleri

4. Hukuki sebepler (KVKK md. 5–6)

Verileriniz; sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası, hukuki yükümlülük, meşru menfaat ve açık rıza kapsamında işlenebilir. Konum verisi, keşif hizmeti için uygulama içinde açıkça talep edilir.

5. Konum verisi

Pollen, çevrendeki akışı ve haritayı göstermek için konum iznine ihtiyaç duyar. Tam adresin diğer kullanıcılara iletilmez; yalnızca yaklaşık mesafe ve harita üzerinde konum gösterimi kullanılır. Konum iznini cihaz ayarlarından istediğin zaman kapatabilirsin; bu durumda akış ve keşif özellikleri çalışmayabilir.

6. Paylaşım ve aktarım

• Diğer kullanıcılara: profil ve menzil kurallarına göre görünür bilgiler.
• Hizmet sağlayıcılar: barındırma, bildirim, analitik (sözleşmeli ve gerekli ölçüde).
• Resmi makamlar: yasal zorunluluk halinde.

Yurt dışına aktarım söz konusuysa KVKK md. 9’a uygun önlemler (sözleşme, açık rıza vb.) uygulanır.

7. Saklama süresi

Veriler, hizmet süresi boyunca ve yasal zamanaşımı / meşru menfaat süreleri kadar saklanır. Hesap silindiğinde, yasal zorunluluklar dışında makul sürede silinir veya anonimleştirilir.

8. Haklarınız

KVKK md. 11 kapsamında:

• İşlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme
• Bilgi talep etme, düzeltme, silme
• İşleme amacına uygun kullanımı isteme
• İtiraz ve zararın giderilmesini talep etme

Talepler için: kvkk@trypollen.app — Kimlik doğrulama istenebilir. Şikayet için Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’na başvurabilirsiniz.

9. Güvenlik

Verilerin korunması için teknik ve idari tedbirler uygulanır; hiçbir sistem %100 güvenli değildir. Şüpheli durumları destek ekibine bildirin.

10. Çocuklar

Pollen 18 yaş ve üzeri içindir. Bilerek 18 yaş altından veri toplanmaz.

11. Değişiklikler

Bu politika güncellenebilir; önemli değişiklikler uygulama veya web sitesi üzerinden duyurulur. Güncel sürüm: trypollen.app/privacy.html

1. Data controller

Your personal data is processed by the data controller operating the Pollen service. Contact: kvkk@trypollen.app

2. What data do we process?

• Account: Phone number, verification-code flow, profile details (name, date of birth, gender, bio, height, photos).
• Location: Approximate location for the local feed and map; your exact address is not shared, distance is computed.
• Usage: Feed posts (text, photos, status), reactions, messages, Pollen sent, preferences, interests.
• Subscription: Store receipt / transaction ID (Apple/Google); card details are not stored by Pollen.
• Device: Notification token, app version, technical logs (debugging, security).

3. Purposes of processing

• Providing the local feed (24-hour posts) and map discovery
• Messaging, reactions and profile viewing
• Managing membership, boost and Pollen purchases
• Security, fraud prevention, report handling
• Legal obligations and legitimate interest (service improvement)
• Marketing notifications where you have given explicit consent

4. Legal grounds (KVKK arts. 5–6)

Your data may be processed for the establishment and performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and explicit consent. Location data is explicitly requested in-app for the discovery service.

5. Location data

Pollen needs location permission to show the local feed and map around you. Your exact address is not shared with other users; only approximate distance and a position on the map are used. You can turn off location permission anytime in device settings; feed and discovery features may then not work.

6. Sharing and transfers

• With other users: information visible per profile and range rules.
• Service providers: hosting, notifications, analytics (under contract, to the extent necessary).
• Authorities: where legally required.

Where a transfer abroad is involved, safeguards compliant with KVKK art. 9 (contracts, explicit consent, etc.) are applied.

7. Retention

Data is retained for the duration of the service and for statutory limitation / legitimate-interest periods. When an account is deleted, data is erased or anonymised within a reasonable time, except where legally required.

8. Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may:

• Learn whether your data is processed
• Request information, rectification, erasure
• Request use in line with the processing purpose
• Object and request remedy of damages

For requests: kvkk@trypollen.app — identity verification may be required. You may also file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority.

9. Security

Technical and administrative measures are applied to protect data; no system is 100% secure. Please report suspicious situations to our support team.

10. Children

Pollen is for ages 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes

This policy may be updated; significant changes are announced via the app or website. Current version: trypollen.app/privacy.html
